RAZOR is and remains an exceptional phenomenon when it comes to graffiti on trains – globally and across all generations! For more than 30 years, he has been playing his colour game – mainly in the courtyards of his home in northern Germany, but this book also documents his travels across the nation and Europe. At every stage of his busy career, he was able to stand out from the great mass of writers and constantly raise the bar of quality. The output of his first two decades was still a classical style of writing, but in recent years he has expanded his repertoire to include conceptual works such as his ICE project. RAZOR - COLORS ON STEEL is structured like a black book and has a very personal character. He opens the book with the following words: "Let's start with the Black Book! Take your time, sit back, and enjoy. I'm going to show you my black book with my works from when it all started in 1990. It all started for the first time in the late 80's when I contracted a virus called graffiti. From that moment on, I did graffiti where I wanted, whenever I wanted. I'm going to show you my pictures and tell you a lot of stories, some crazy, some funny, and with all these little details and in the same way that I would tell them to my friends." The book was published back in 2017 and is now coming to graffiti shops for the first time through a third and extended edition.
